Dr. Rubin is a partner with Radiology Associates of South Florida, where he is an attending at Baptist Hospital of Miami, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital, and Baptist Outpatient Centers. Dr. Rubin is the medical director in the division of body CT and MRI at Baptist Hospital of Miami.

Dr. Rubin received an undergraduate degree and MD from Boston University. He completed an internship in pathology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and a residency in diagnostic radiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in magnetic resonance imaging, CT, and ultrasound at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
