Laura Palacio was born and raised in Colombia and attended medical school at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, where she continued to complete her Diagnostic Radiology Residency. Following her residency, she completed three fellowships one in in Nuclear imaging, one in Emergency Radiology/Trauma and one in Body imaging at Jackson Memorial Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and spending time with her family and friends.
