Dr. Rabassa is a partner with the Radiology Associates of South Florida and medical director of MRI at South Miami Hospital. He is an attending at Baptist Hospital of Miami, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital, and Baptist Outpatient Centers. 

Dr. Rabassa’s papers include CT reformation of the spine, massive epistaxis due to pseudoaneurysym, and detection of subarachnoid-pleural fistula have been published in several journals including Neuroradiology, Archives of Otolaryngology, and American Journal of Roentgenology. 

Dr. Rabassa received an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an M.D. from Duke University Medical School. He completed an internship in general surgery at Vanderbilt University. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency and a fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
