Dr. Diaz attended medical school at the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, followed by a Diagnostic Radiology residency and Body Mini-Fellowship at University of South Florida, where she was Chief Resident. She Continued to complete a Pediatric fellowship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, in Miami, Florida.
